  1. Why did you choose to commit to this college?

I chose Drexel University because of the family-oriented environment that Coach Voelker has with the team and the incredible co-op system the school has to offer.

2. What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone younger than you, going through the same process?

If you take care of the small things, the big things take care of themselves. Focus on your individual job on the field and everything else will come together.

3.  What was your favorite part about playing for the FLG lacrosse program?

The hot summer weekend getaways with some of the best players I’ve ever stepped onto the field with and the opportunity of making friendships that will last a lifetime.

4. What peaks your interest outside of school and lacrosse?

I enjoy fishing anytime I can fit it into my schedule whether it is out on a boat, from the shore, or along a jetty. I’ll take fishing over golf any day of the week.

5. If you were stranded on a deserted island and you can only have one thing, what would it be (you have food and water)?

Probably a fishing rod or a hammock.

6. If you had to choose one super power to have, what would it be and why?

I would love to be able to teleport. There’s nothing more aggravating that sitting in traffic or getting stuck in an airport.

7. What are some of your pregame rituals and/or game day superstitions?

I re-tape my stick before every game and won’t touch any of the lines on the field during warm-ups or pre-game. I know it’s odd and I don’t even know it started but those are the two big ones for me.

8. What is your favorite surface to play on? Turf or grass?

Grass.

9. What is your favorite breakfast meal?

Bacon egg cheese salt pepper ketchup on an everything bagel.

10. What athlete do you idolize the most?

Michael Phelps

  1. What is your favorite genre of music?

Rock and roll.

  1. What is your favorite quote?

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

  1. Who you look up to the most in life?

Probably my father. He has always been there for me and has continued to be at my assistance for advice and guidance anytime its needed. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him.

  1. Where do you see yourself after college?

Hopefully still involved in lacrosse in some aspect and living remotely near the ocean.
