Program Description
A progressive training series for all positions: attack, midfield, defense, and goalies. Optimal coach to player ratio to enhance mental & physical reps.
Format/Suggestions
Each session will be 60 minutes of high intensity, high repetition skill and drill work. Players develop at their position with and against other athletes in their age group. Full pads, mouth piece, starter and back-ups sticks recommended for this training series. The surface will be grass. Cleats are highly recommended.
