Welcome to our SUMMER PROSPECT ACADEMIES at Providence College! The clinics will be led by Coach Gabrielli and assistant coaches Matt Francis and Matt Musci. The Providence lacrosse program would like to welcome you to our campus and BRAND NEW STADIUM for one of the most unique and SMALLEST Division I prospect days in the country! We will cap each session at 50 PLAYERS!
Players in the 2018, 2019 and 2020 classes will take the field together to play and compete in front of the PC Lacrosse coaching staff. With current Providence Lacrosse players in attendance, you will have the chance to compete in an environment identical to what a Division I practice actually feels like! Players will be put through our drills and expectations to fully experience life as a FRIAR! This is truly a one of a kind event catered for maximum exposure for all in attendance!
We will also provide tours to all families and participants of our Prospect Academy led by our own student-athletes. We encourage both players and families to ask questions about life as a student-athlete, academic expectations and experiences and the everyday schedule that our players are exposed to! We also want to expose all participants to our new STATE OF THE ART LACROSSE ONLY FACILITIES and our BRAND NEW STADIUM!
We have used on-campus PROSPECT CLINICS as one of the main resources of recruiting since our time here at Providence College began. What we have found is student-athletes who come to this clinic gain a greater insight on what life would truly be like on our campus. We want to make sure that PC is the #1 choice of all of our prospects, allowing us to have a locker room full of guys with the same goals and ambitions!
We are restricting registration by number and position to emphasize competition and balance. Clinic time slots will close with the first 50 registrants in each session. Spots will be rewarded by position to the first registrants:
- 10 Attack
- 18 Midfielders
- 4 Faceoff Men
- 12 Poles
- 6 goalies
